There is something about remodeling, about recrafting a space, that is infinitely interesting. To make it from one thing into another, to see the expression and hear the “wow” when a friend witnesses the transformation.
At Advent Building Corporation we are head over heels in love with the entire remodeling process, from the “what can we do with this space” and design process, through demolition, dust protection, trim and paint and tile, to the last little bits, we are all in on making remodeling projects successful.
To us, success looks like a space that fits the unique need and particular taste of the client, a space that looks like it “grew there”, and that adds real value - both tangible and intangible - to the property.
Since 2011, Advent Building Corporation has been remodeling homes and office spaces in the Wilmington, NC area, including Leland, Hampstead, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Oak Island, Southport, and Topsail Island. We pour our hearts into our projects, desiring to make each one the best that it can be.
How to start…
The first step is always a conversation. Let’s talk and get to know each other. We will want to know who you are and what your goals are for your project, your budget, time-frame, and so on. You will want to know our capability, availability, personality, cost, and so on. After an initial conversation, the next step would be beginning to flesh out some details, to the point that we can produce a rough estimate of cost and schedule. If we are on the same page, we continue to fill in the details until we hone in on exactly what will be built, how much it will cost, and when it will begin and be completed. This is what is needed to produce a contract, and then the fun begins!
